Third-party AI providers may process User Content according to their own service terms and data processing commitments. We take reasonable steps to work with service providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security measures.

Some features, such as lip sync, character creation, face-related editing, or voice-based workflows, may process images, videos, audio, facial features, or voice content that you provide.

We use this content to provide the requested creative functionality. Unless we expressly tell you otherwise and obtain consent where required by law, we do not use uploaded face or voice content to identify you, authenticate your identity, or create biometric profiles for identification purposes.

You should only upload content that you have the right to use and that complies with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

We may share information when you direct us to do so, such as when you export content, share a project, publish content, connect a third-party service, or otherwise choose to make content available to others.

5. Public and Shared Content

Some features may allow you to share, publish, export, or make content visible to others. Content you choose to share publicly may be viewed, copied, saved, or further shared by others.

Please be careful when sharing personal information or sensitive content. We are not responsible for how other users or third parties use information that you choose to make public or share outside the Services.

Deleting your account may permanently delete your projects, credits-related account data, generation history, saved content, and access to paid features, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

If you made purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your Anijam account may not automatically cancel your subscription. You may need to manage or cancel your subscription through Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased it.

We may send you emails or messages about product updates, feature announcements, promotions, surveys, or other marketing communications where permitted by law.

You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send service-related messages, such as account notices, security alerts, purchase confirmations, and important updates.

11. Cookies and Tracking Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers also offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to “Do Not Track” signals, we may not respond to them.

Where required by law, we will provide additional choices or consent mechanisms for cookies, analytics, advertising, or similar technologies.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using strong passwords and secure devices.

14. International Data Transfers

Anijam may process and store information in countries or regions other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

15. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us at: contact@anijam.ai

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
